My sister Heather had this on her blog and I am copying it! What can I say! She's not the only one desperately in love with her husband.
How long have you been together? Our first date was August 1995, which was 12 1/2 years ago. We've been married 10 1/2 years.
How old is he? He's almost to the point where it's not polite to ask...but he is 34.
Who eats more? Sadly, we eat about the same at meal-times, but I'm sure I'm snacking all day and he's not. How embarrassing. But I am nursing so I have an excuse for now.
Who said "I love you" first? Josh told me the first month we dated. What can I say? He sees potential in me!
Who is taller? Josh is five inches taller than I am unless I'm in shoes and he is barefoot. :-)
Who sings better? Josh sings much better than he thinks. I sing much worse than most people believe. That's why I only sing in groups.
Who is smarter? Josh smarter in all those areas that matter - but I am queen of my house and my children and all knowledge relating to those areas.
Who does the laundry? That would be me...as I train the kids to do my work for me.
Who does the dishes? Again, me. But I'm working on a promotion.
What is your love song? Josh is in charge of the music. Our love song changes...but he always has one that he's singing to me. He is very romantic that way.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Is that right as in direction? Or right as in correct? Either way, I'm right. The odd thing is, when we sleep in other beds I gravitate towards the left without realizing it.
Who pays the bills? We've divided them up between us. It works somehow.
Who mows the lawn? Josh is better at it, but I have more time for it. Our lawn only gets mowed a few times a year so it's really just a matter of who has time.
Who cooks dinner? I cook and I love it. Josh makes some great breakfasts, salsa, and a few other specialties, though.
Who is more stubborn? I think that would be me. Josh is a better compromiser and he is definitely better at being sorry first in a disagreement. I hang in there till I'm sure I'm sorry.
Who kissed who first? Josh kissed me after we saw the movie "A Walk in the Clouds". It was also my first kiss ever. I thought it was nice!
Who asked who out? Josh, again. He called me up the day after we met and asked me to a movie. And he drove 30 minutes each way to come pick me up - we didn't live in the same town!
Who proposed? Josh, right before Thanksgiving. Over Christmas he surprised me with a ring that he had selected.
Who is more sensitive? Josh is. Not in a girly way - but just in his ability to listen to the rantings of a crazy woman!
Who has more friends? I guess Josh. He makes friends easily wherever he goes. He has over three hundred clients and he counts many of them as his friends. He's also learned to conquer his shyness. I am not so good at that. But I keep in touch with people better.
Who has more siblings? Josh has four brothers and one sister. I've got four sisters.
Who wears the pants in the relationship? Sometimes I'm the woman in the family and sometimes he gets to be. (there's an inside joke involved in that)
Who gives more hugs? Kisses? Josh is much more naturally snuggly and loving. But I've been learning!
