Odds 'n Ends

We scored new furniture yesterday! One, a free dresser brought to us by a client of Josh's who's clearing out after his wife passed away. It's older, but in great condition, well-made (better than WalMart), and most definitely needed. I've got Natalie's clothes in it with room for storing other things.
The other thing we bought - but it was a deal. We have been needing new chairs in our dining room. Several have broken and the others are so unstable that we don't allow guests to sit in them. I've been looking at yard sales and online and such - but any way you put it, chairs are expensive. And I want good sturdy ones, not more Kmart ones. Well, the furniture store offered us 6 chairs at a really good price. They were ones that were part of a set but the table purchasers didn't want them. I'm excited! I wanted 6! We got them for the price of a good metal folding chair (which I was considering settling for). Now I can take that off my list of things to spend $$ on.

Hannah finished her 4H quilt. It is beautiful! I'm so proud of her. She worked very hard and enjoyed making it.

I think Natalie is doing better today. Her night was much better. She's still snorkly, but it seems less severe. Yay!
