Our Efforts Today

One last thing!
We've been working in our yard! The top photo is a before photo, and the bottom is what it's looking like afterwards. We are going to re-do the side yard (that you can see in the distance of the bottom photo), but our landlord offered to pay for that. Josh sent her these pictures so that she could see what we had in mind. Mary (our landlord) had a guy come in and clear out a bunch of stuff in back (plants that needed to go that died in a frost) but now the weeds are filling in. We don't mind doing the work and are happy that she will pay for the supplies. It will be nice to get some stuff down to keep the weeds at bay. We're hoping to put some more plants in the front yard, but for now, this is a good start to making the yard look nice.
