Well, I had my check-up today. I'm down to the once a week for the next four weeks routine.
So apparently since my appointment two weeks ago the baby has somersaulted into a head-up position! Totally breech! Dr. Wright did an ultrasound to confirm it. He is not too concerned at this point. He said that I have TONS of fluid that will help the baby to continue to move around and the baby has not lodged in my pelvis so she should be fairly mobile still. Our contingency plan is to check again when I am 37 weeks and if the baby is still breech to try to move her over. If that doesn't work he'd schedule a C-section for February 27th. Dr. Wright reassured me that the likelihood of a C-section is still really low at this point. He's pretty confident that baby can be moved, or will flip on her own.
But that is the update at this point. I am 35 weeks and 4 days - so we have about a week and a half to flip this baby...plenty of time. You should have seen Dr. Wright trying to describe this little exercise he wants me to do to encourage the baby to flip. I just wasn't visualizing it so he finally laid down on the exam table and showed me what he meant. Too funny. I seriously thought he was trying to get me to do some sort of back-flip for awhile! :-)

Hey! Just wanted to leave a note to say that I'm reading your blog to keep updated with you guys. :) I hope your baby turns on her own. Good luck these last few weeks!
P.S. We moved to Dallas!
I'm excited for your new little one. I'd be very interested in seeing the turning exercise. I think you should video that! :) :) Love you and wish we lived closer...
