It's got three racks so that I can load that puppy full of food! Thanksgiving here I come!
Kenna is still totally into dressing herself.
On Sunday she came up with this avante-garde Cowgirl outfit before Church.
Later, on her way upstairs for a nap, she stopped to put on a hat and grab two purses...just in case she had an errand to run later.
Usually the girls fight like cats and dogs over any toy that they have to share. But here I have proof that they do get along sometimes and that sharing doesn't have to kill them.
Last, but not least, here is one of Hannah's pieces for her recital this year. This song is a little rough. I've heard her play it better millions of times, but being on the spot made her mess up...and that was good because she was getting too cocky about playing it!
For the past 6 months she's been practicing 60 minutes a day, five days a week, and I've seen a noticeable improvement. She's starting to play hymns, working on the real versions of "The Entertainer" and "Fur Elise", and can pretty much sit down and pick her way through anything she wants to. I would say she's just about up to my level. Part of me is pretty proud of her, and part is pretty ashamed with me - I could play much better if I spent as much time as she does!

How fun! This post makes me want to be lots closer to you guys! So who does Kenna get her high-maintenance fashion sense from? :) What a fancy-schmancy oven! I'm jealous. Our oven is avacado green and is about 100 degrees too hot. One day we'll get a new one. For now, I just make do with lots of burned things.
Wow, Hannah sounded great! It's so funny about what you said about her getting cocky. That was totally me when I was her age (and probably still is). :)
Can't wait to have everyone here in a few months!
Great job Hannah! I can't believe how amazing she is on the piano. When you guys were up here last month I heard Hannah mention to you that she wanted piano practice on her "to do" list. I just about fell over. Wanting to practice?!?!?!? I can't even wrap my mind around it. I took piano lessons(yes, voluntarily) at BYUI for 2 semesters, and I still dreaded the practicing. I'd last about 10 minutes before wanting to break my fingers or something. Your daughter is amazing, but totally incomprehensible to me.
