A whole lot of fun going on here

Things we've done this week:

Learned about place value and equivalent fractions,  similes, introduced some new vocabulary, practiced three different instruments, learned the primary song of the month, and read a LOT of books (aloud and independently)

Went to the Botanical gardens, the library, the playground, and took the kids to see Josh's new office (sans furniture).

Continued with violin lessons and Odyssey practices...One more month until the big day for Odyssey of the Mind.  Hannah's team is really struggling this year, so we'll see what happens.  Brynne's team is making better progress...but they are nowhere near finished.

Enjoyed the sunny, warm weather, drawing, playing games together, baking bread, making homemade granola bars for the first time, dancing, cleaning windows, tickling Logan, tea parties, Cub Scouts, working in the garden, practicing soccer and baseball in the yard, and having friends over to play.

Wow! I get tired just reading about all you did. That's amazing! It must have been fun to go to Josh's new office without having to lug your furniture with you. ;) Haha. Get it?

Also, is that an apron that Josh is wearing during the tea party? That's great--what a confident husband!

I wear an apron when I come home for lunch to keep my work clothes clean. Kelly finally bought me a man's apron though. At least I'm not wearing the one with the frilly edge anymore. I accidentally answered the door once with that one on and the postman, kindly, did not mention it.
